Cancellation & Refund Policy (Services)
You may cancel any of our services at any time; however, we ask that you give the repair & settlement process adequate time.
You should allow ample time for our work to show results. That means providing us with the necessary credit reports, any other requested information, and sufficient time for our work to come to full fruition.
We do not provide a refund for our initial work fee, but if you wish to cancel on-going monthly services, you’re entitled to a full refund.
You must request to cancel monthly services within 7-days of being charged to claim a full refund.
To cancel your service please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed, and up-to 10 business days for funds to be returned to your debit or credit card. Once your refund has been processed you will be notified via email.
Client satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will go to great lengths to keep you satisfied with our work and our progress.
Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
At this time we do not accept refunds for digital products/goods.

Shipping Policy (Physical Goods)
Please allow 1-3 business days for your physical goods to be processed and shipped. We ship using the method you selected for your order.
If there are any delays in shipping your order we will notify you via email or phone call.
Return & Refund Policy (Physical Goods)
Credit Velocity is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with an order concerning physical goods (i.e. shipped to you) for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. No questions asked! No restocking Fees!
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
- We do not accept any returns after 14 days from ship date.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and process them at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Exchange Policy (Physical Goods)
